Aspen Skiing Co. recently announced plans to seek approvals for a Limelight hotel in Snowmass Base Village — based on the success of the one in Aspen — and the idea of a more affordable option than the Viceroy and Westin, one that could help bring vitality to the base, has in general been very well received.
