Viceroy sales building momentum in Snowmass

There’s a buzz going on again in Snowmass Base Village, and it appears to be coming from the Viceroy.

Nine luxury condos at the Residences Viceroy Snowmass have closed and two more have been put under contract since sales of the 122-unit property were relaunched about two months ago, according to a presentation by Related Colorado President Dwayne Romero to the Aspen Board of Realtors last week. Tidbits: Winter X Games, family dance, & private music

This week in Aspen it’s all about the X Games. Crews are putting the finishing touches on the Buttermilk venue, and athletes, sponsors, and media are pouring into the Aspen airport for the extreme winter sports festival that kicks off Thursday. But actually, there’s quite a bit going on around townthat has nothing to do with the Flying Tomato or the latest gravity-defying snowmobile trick.
